The GDPR has introduced changes which gives you greater control over your personal information. That includes your right to object to the processing of your personal information where that processing is carried out for our business purposes.
The information we collect about you will hold your contact information. Information which you have consented to us using and other personal information such as CCTV images at our site.
We use the information you give to us to mind your pet to our best abilities while we have it in our care and be able to get in touch with you and/or your contact persons in case it's needed.
We use written records that we keep on our premises that are monitored by CCTV and burglar alarm.
We don't share your personal information with any third party.
We hold your data for 2 years after the last contact and dispose of it by confidential shredding.
If you do not provide us with the personal information we need, we won't be able to provide our services to you.
