    • On-Site Security: CCTV images captured while you are visiting our premises.

    We use the information you provide exclusively to:

    • Care for your pet to the absolute best of our abilities while they are in our charge.
    • Get in touch with you or your designated emergency contacts if needed.

    Please note: If you choose not to provide the required personal information, we will unfortunately be unable to provide our services to you.

    3. Data Security and Third Parties

    • Data Protection: Your written records are kept securely on our physical premises, which are fully monitored by a burglar alarm and CCTV.
    • No Third-Party Sharing: We strictly do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties.

    4. Data Retention and Disposal

    We hold your data for a period of 2 years following your last contact or booking with us. Once this period has passed, all physical and digital records are permanently disposed of via confidential shredding and secure deletion.
